1 – The Ultimate Site and You

The Ultimate Site is a website to purchase gift vouchers or book experiences supplied by independent operators. The Ultimate Site has no affiliation with suppliers (other than advertising the suppliers’ experience) and is not the provider of the experiences.

Please read these terms and conditions prior to engaging in a sale with The Ultimate Site or redeeming a gift voucher. You will be asked to confirm you have read these terms and conditions as part of your transaction.

Some of the experiences offered by The Ultimate Site may be viewed having an element of associated risk and upon confirmation of agreeing with these terms and conditions,

  1. You are also excluding The Ultimate Site from liability for any damages, injury, accident or loss sustained whilst participating in the chosen experience booked through The Ultimate Site. This also includes experiences won as prizes through The Ultimate Site.
  2. You do not suffer from any medical condition or impairment which may affect your ability to participate in the chosen experience and potentially placing yourself or others at risk of damage, injury, accident or loss.
  3. You have read the information with relation to your chosen experience and reviewed any restrictions such as minimum age, weight, health and / or minimum competency levels.
  4. You must also read and sign any relevant terms and conditions, waivers or forms provided by the supplier prior to taking part in the experience.

The Ultimate Site Gift vouchers and purchased experiences through The Ultimate Site have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase.

2 – The Ultimate Site Experience Suppliers

  1. Experience Information – as part of the supplier agreement, the supplier provides The Ultimate Site with an information sheet outlining relevant experience information. This information is detailed throughout the booking / purchase process and we endeavour to keep this information current and relevant.

  1. Supplier Feedback and Complaints – whilst the goal of The Ultimate Site is to ensure your experience is memorable, The Ultimate Site is not responsible for the service or service standard displayed or provided by the operator. Feedback forms are available from the website and will be addressed by a representative from The Ultimate Site where required.

3 – Gifts and Gift Vouchers

  1. Exchanging your Ultimate Gift – if you have received a specific gift (e.g skydiving) and decide this gift is not suited, you have the opportunity to exchange the gift with another experience on The Ultimate Site. For exchange of a higher value experience, you will be required to pay the difference and for the exchange to a lesser value experience, you may receive a credit.

Please contact The Ultimate Site team at sales@theultimatesite.com.au providing your contact details, voucher details and preferred exchange experience. A representative from The Ultimate Site will be in contact to discuss your options.

Your Ultimate Gift may only be exchanged once on vouchers that have not been used or booked.

Your Ultimate Gift expiry date will remain the same as original gift.

  1. Refunds – If after the purchase of a Gift Voucher, you decide you are not happy or satisfied with your choice, you have 14 days to contact The Ultimate Site at sales@theultimatesite.com.au  for a refund

The refund will exclude any costs incurred by The Ultimate Site and may only be refunded to the original purchaser.

Refunds are only valid for vouchers that have not been booked, redeemed or partially redeemed.

  1. Transferring the voucher – The Ultimate Site Gift Voucher is transferable to another person via contacting The Ultimate Site at sales@theultimatesite.com.au

  1. Gift Voucher Expiry – The Ultimate Site Gift Vouchers have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase.
  2. Gift Voucher Extension – If you have a purchased experience through The Ultimate Site that is due to expire or has expired and require an extension, please contact The Ultimate Site at sales@theultimatesite.com.au

Extensions are only available for experiences due to expire or have expired up to 1 month past the expiry date.

The Ultimate Site can extend your experience for 3 months but still only to the original value of the experience. Any changes in price for the experience may require the purchaser to pay the difference.

  1. Promotional Codes and Promotional Offers – At times, The Ultimate Site may have the opportunity to offer promotional codes or promotional offers by the way of discounts or additions to experience purchases.

Promotional Codes / Offers can only be used one per person, per transaction. Promotional Codes / Offers cannot be combined in the transaction.

Promotional Codes / Offers must be entered in the designated field through the transaction process. Promotional Codes / Offers may not extend to all The Ultimate Site experiences therefore please check details with the promotional code or offer.

  1. Gift Voucher Delivery – Whether by post or email, the purchaser is responsible for entering the correct email or delivery address and relevant details. Additional charges may be incurred by the purchaser if a Gift Voucher needs to be resent by post.

The Ultimate Site is not responsible for any loss or damage of Gift Vouchers through the postal service. Please allow extra time for postal delivery during peak times of the year.

Please contact The Ultimate Site at sales@theultimatesite.com.au if you experience any difficulties with delivery of your Gift Voucher.

  1. Discontinued Experiences – For various reasons, some experiences may be discontinued on The Ultimate Site. In the event your chosen experience is removed from The Ultimate Site, we will endeavor to provide you with another experience to the same value or offer you a refund for the original unused purchase. Please contact The Ultimate Site at sales@theultimatesite.com.au if this situation arises.

4 – Your Experience

  1. Availability – Experiences offered by suppliers on The Ultimate Site are subject to availability. Please allow adequate time when making your booking. Extra consideration should be made if booking around peak times of the year.
  2. Supplier Cancellation – The experience providers reserve the right to cancel the experience in cases where the participant may be put at risk through adverse weather conditions, equipment malfunction or not meeting the required restrictions outlined by the provider.

The provider may cancel where the experience requires a minimum number of participants and this number has not been met.

As well as the examples mentioned above, should any other legitimate reason arise for cancellation, the provider will contact participants and arrange an agreed alternative date.

The purchaser may request a refund if another suitable date cannot be agreed upon but this will exclude any transaction fees, postage fees and incur a 10% administration fee of the original transaction.

The Ultimate Site is not responsible for the cost of any flights, accommodation, and transport to or from the experience if cancelled.

  1. Purchaser Cancellation – Cancellation policies differ between suppliers therefore cancelling at late notice or being a “no show” to the experience, may result your experience voucher being considered redeemed.

5 – Competitions

To be eligible for entry, you must be an Australian resident. The winning member(s) will be notified via email to their primary address. Winners have thirty (30) days to respond with a full name and shipping address to claim their prize or it becomes void.

Prizes are shipped using registered post. No prize is, and the winner(s) have no right to claim that any prize is, exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. The winner(s) will be solely responsible for complying with any other fees, insurance, surcharges or other costs relating to receiving, claiming or collecting any prize. Unless stated otherwise, prizes do not include any travel or accommodation expenses.

6 – Events

The Ultimate Site events section is built on content supplied by external clubs and event organisers. Events listed on The Ultimate Site have been approved by the clubs and organisers prior to listing.

The Ultimate Site cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy of event listings. Confirm all information including scheduling and costs with the event organiser.
