How long does your voucher last?

12 months, contact must be made for any extensions that are in conjunction with our terms and conditions.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Yes, you have 14 days to contact us at sales@theultimatesite.com.au for a refund and please contact us in regards to exchanges.

Can I contact the experience provider directly?

As we are an agent for many providers we do not provide contact details until after a voucher has been purchased. If you do have questions we will endeavour to get you accurate details as quickly as possible.

Can I get more details about an experience?

We personally get amongst these experiences ourselves and provide as accurate details as possible. If you would like to more we will provide contact details after a purchase has been made.

What if I lose my voucher?

You may still be able to have your voucher emailed to you if the voucher has not been redeemed or exchanged. You will have to provide us original purchase details for a replacement.

Can I reschedule my experience?

Sometimes circumstances change and our suppliers understand and accommodate as best possible. Please contact the provider directly to check with their cancellation / reschedule policy.
